Designates April 10-16, 2016, as "National Library Week" in Oklahoma.

Encourages all Oklahoma residents to visit a library during National Library Week and engage with librarians under the theme "Libraries Transform".

Recognizes libraries' roles in providing technology access, Wi-Fi connectivity, STEM programming, job-seeking resources, health care information, and services to rural and urban communities.

Acknowledges school libraries and certified school librarians as resources for public school students, home-schooled students, and others seeking up-to-date information and technology access.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Oklahoma Library Association.
