Designates May 15-21, 2016, as "Police Week" in the State of Oklahoma to honor law enforcement officers.

Acknowledges approximately 900,000 law enforcement officers serving across the United States, including dedicated Oklahoma officers.

Notes that nearly 60,000 assaults against law enforcement officers are reported annually, resulting in approximately 16,000 injuries.

Recognizes that more than 20,000 law enforcement officers have been killed in the line of duty since 1791, including 488 Oklahoma officers from various agencies.

Calls for United States flags to be flown at half-staff on May 15, 2016, to observe National Peace Officers Memorial Day and honor fallen officers and their families.
