Oklahoma Department of Public Safety may issue non-domiciled commercial learner permits or commercial driver licenses to H2A-Temporary Agricultural workers with valid I-94 immigration documents and J-1 Exchange Visitor Program participants enrolled in agricultural education training programs

Non-domiciled commercial driver licenses remain valid until the expiration of the holder's visa and require compliance with all federal, state, and departmental testing and licensing requirements

Restricted commercial driver licenses for farm-related service industries (farm retail, agri-chemical, custom harvesters, livestock feeders) limited to 180 days per 12-month period and 150 miles from place of business

Restricted commercial licenses limited to Class B vehicles and may only transport specific hazardous materials: diesel fuel (1,000 gallons or less), liquid fertilizers (3,000 gallons or less), and non-organic solid fertilizers
