Creates the Oklahoma Incident Management Team Advisory Committee within the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety to advise the Commissioner on goals, standards, and credentialing for state-sponsored all-hazard emergency incident management teams

Committee consists of 7 members: representatives from the Department of Health, Forestry Services, Public Safety, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Oklahoma Fire Chiefs Association, and OSU Fire Safety Training

Membership may be expanded by majority vote of the Committee; members receive no compensation or travel reimbursement

Committee must meet within 90 days of the effective date and at least twice per year thereafter; a majority constitutes a quorum
