Amends Oklahoma's Electronic Toll Collection Act (47 O.S. 2011, Section 11-1401.2) to authorize toll collection records to be used for criminal law enforcement investigations and prosecutions pursuant to a valid search warrant, subpoena, or court order

Photographs, videotapes, and recorded images from toll collection systems remain restricted from public access and court use except for toll liability cases or criminal investigations of Oklahoma state law violations

Makes technical renumbering corrections throughout the statute (changing paragraph references from 16, 17, 19, 20 to 17, 18, 20, 21)

Passed the Senate on March 9, 2016, and the House of Representatives on April 11, 2016

Effective date: November 1, 2016
