Amends 47 O.S. 2011, Section 12-602 to allow motorcycles to be equipped with auxiliary lighting including standard bulb running lights and light-emitting diode (LED) pods and strips

Auxiliary lighting must be nonblinking, nonflashing, nonoscillating, and directed toward the engine and drive train to prevent interference with the driver's operation

Motorcycle headlamps must be located between 22 and 54 inches in height and emit white light

Defines "headlamp" as excluding passing lamps, and defines "passing lamp" as an auxiliary front low-beam lamp emitting white light
