Restructures the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board from its previous composition to seven members appointed by the Governor with Senate consent, effective July 1, 2016

Reduces plumbing trade representation from two members to one member with at least 10 years' experience

Reduces mechanical trade representation from two members to one member with at least 10 years' experience

Maintains two electrical trade members (one contractor, one journeyman) and adds one building/construction inspector member with 10 years' experience

Adds two new at-large member positions who must be Oklahoma residents, with all members serving staggered four-year terms
