Amends Oklahoma asset forfeiture law (63 O.S. Section 2-506) to allow courts to award prevailing defendants or claimants reasonable attorney fees, litigation costs, and post-judgment interest paid from the seizing agency's forfeiture fund

Requires payment of interest on seized currency to prevailing claimants, including both actual interest earned while in state custody and imputed interest at the 30-day Treasury Bill rate for periods when no interest was paid

Interest calculation begins 15 days after property seizure by law enforcement, excluding time property was used as evidence or for scientific testing
