Amends Oklahoma law to require courts to consider seven specific factors when alimony is sought in divorce cases: legitimacy of need, ability to pay, age/health/education/earning capacity of each party, pre-separation lifestyle, duration of marriage, income-generating property received, and living expenses of each party

Maintains existing provisions allowing either spouse to have their maiden or former name restored upon dissolution of marriage

Preserves protections for military servicemembers' Special Monthly Compensation (SMC) and Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC) as separate property not divisible in divorce

Retains existing framework for division of military retirement pay under the federal Uniformed Services Former Spouses' Protection Act, including specific calculation formulas for both active duty and reserve members

Effective date of November 1, 2016
