Removes daggers, bowie knives, dirk knives, and sword canes from Oklahoma's list of weapons that are unlawful to carry concealed or unconcealed

Retains prohibitions on carrying pistols, revolvers, shotguns, rifles, blackjacks, loaded canes, billies, hand chains, metal knuckles, and other offensive weapons without proper authorization

Maintains existing exceptions for hunting/fishing/recreation, Oklahoma Self-Defense Act permit holders, peace officers, licensed judges in courthouses, and living history reenactments

Violations remain a misdemeanor under Section 1276 of Title 21
