Expands the definition of optometry practice to include computer applications and video conferencing via Internet devices for eye examinations, whether conducted in person or at remote locations

Establishes that providing optometry care to any individual physically located in Oklahoma at the time of service constitutes the practice of optometry, regardless of where the provider is located

Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 581 to address telemedicine and online vision testing within the regulatory framework of the Oklahoma Board of Examiners in Optometry
