Reduces the deadline for district attorneys to file termination of parental rights petitions from 90 days to 60 days after a court determines a parent has made no measurable progress in correcting conditions that led to the child's deprived adjudication

Requires the parent to have been given at least 3 months to correct the condition before the termination petition deadline applies

Changes the triggering event from when the court orders an individualized service plan to when the court determines the parent has failed to make progress

Amends Section 1-4-902 of Title 10A of Oklahoma Statutes regarding termination of parent-child relationships

Effective date of November 1, 2016
