Department of Human Services must consult with Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth when appointing advisory committees to recommend minimum requirements and standards for child care facilities

Four subcommittees established with specified membership: Residential Children's Services, Child Care Centers, Child Care Homes, and Quality Rating and Improvement System

Child Care Facility Peer Review Board created to participate in DHS grievance process, with majority membership required to be child care facility representatives

Advisory committee members serve three-year terms with a two-consecutive-term limit
