Requires armed security guards to complete 8 hours of continuing education annually to maintain active license status during the 3-year license period

Requires armed security guards to submit to and pass an annual drug test administered by a CLEET-acceptable facility

Requires armed security guards to annually provide CLEET with a list of all prescription medications for persistent or recurrent medical conditions

Requires armed security guards to report any arrest or protective order entered against them within 3 business days
