Creates the crime of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images ("revenge porn") for sharing intimate images of identifiable adults (18+) without consent, with intent to harass, intimidate, or coerce

Requires the image to have been obtained under circumstances where a reasonable person would understand it was meant to remain private

Establishes misdemeanor penalty of up to 1 year in county jail, fine up to $1,000, or both, plus asset forfeiture provisions

Exempts dissemination for lawful criminal investigations, reporting unlawful conduct, voluntary public/commercial exposure, or other lawful purposes

Shields interactive computer services, wireless providers, and telecommunications/broadband providers from liability for user-posted content; effective November 1, 2016
