Amends Oklahoma law (43A O.S. 2011, Section 10-104) governing mandatory reporting requirements for suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults

Requires unsubstantiated findings from investigations to be clearly labeled as such before being transmitted to the district attorney's office

Prohibits forwarding self-neglect findings to the district attorney unless similar findings were reported within the prior 6 months
