Authorizes the State Fire Marshal to serve as a code variance and appeals board for trades and industries the Marshal regulates that do not already have statutory code variance and appeals boards

Retains existing authority for the State Fire Marshal to advise, assist, and coordinate with the State Emergency Management Director on Emergency Management plans

Retains existing authority to assist cities, towns, or counties with code enforcement upon request from local officials

Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 324.10 to expand the State Fire Marshal's powers
