Corporation Commission gains authority to revoke, suspend, or deny registration and license plates for commercial motor vehicles under its jurisdiction when a carrier's operating ability has been terminated by state or federal agencies

Removes the 90-day minimum mileage reporting standard for proportional registration; registrants without mileage in the preceding reporting period must now pay fees in accordance with the International Registration Plan rather than estimating mileage

Eliminates the $3.00 fee previously charged by the Corporation Commission to process amended International Registration Plan filings adding a jurisdiction

Modifies weigh station enforcement radii: 7-mile radius for standard weigh stations and 25-mile radius for port of entry weigh stations, replacing the previous uniform 7-mile limit
