Amends the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act to add non-disparagement clauses to the list of unlawful business practices

Prohibits sellers or lessors of consumer goods or services from including contract clauses that waive a consumer's right to make truthful negative statements about the business, its employees, or its products/services

Makes it unlawful for businesses to threaten enforcement of non-disparagement clauses or penalize consumers for making protected truthful statements

Effective date: November 1, 2016
