Municipal police departments are added as authorized entities to enforce Oklahoma's Compulsory Insurance Law, store seized license plates, and accept administrative fees alongside county sheriff's offices

Vehicle owners who prove valid insurance coverage within 2 business days of citation may have the $125 administrative fee waived; otherwise the full fee applies regardless of actual insurance status at time of citation

The $125 administrative fee is distributed as follows: $20 to the storing agency, $70 to the citing law enforcement agency, $25 to the Temporary Insurance Premium Pool, and $10 retained by the Plan Administrator

Insurance Commissioner policy form development changes from annual requirement to "when necessary," and contracts for the Oklahoma Temporary Motorist Liability Plan may now be multi-year contracts renewable annually
