Prohibits game wardens from entering private property based solely on suspicion of firearm or bow possession/discharge, specifying this does not constitute probable cause for entry

Establishes a presumption that private employers do not include carrying or discharging weapons as part of employees' job descriptions, with immunity provisions for employer decisions regarding workplace weapons policies
