Amends Oklahoma's public competitive bidding law (61 O.S. 2011, Section 108) to add a new disclosure requirement for entities submitting bids on public projects

Bidders must now provide names of all record owners, members, or partners in their written sworn statement accompanying bids

Corporations may satisfy this ownership disclosure requirement by providing a list of board members instead of individual owners

Existing disclosure requirements remain in place, including reporting business relationships with architects, engineers, or other project parties within the past year

Effective date: November 1, 2016
