Amends Oklahoma discovery procedures in 12 O.S. 2011, Sections 3233, 3234, and 3236 governing interrogatories, document production requests, and requests for admissions

Changes timing for service of discovery requests: allows any party to serve interrogatories, production requests, and admission requests after filing an answer, rather than the previous framework tied to service of summons and petition

Removes the 45-day extended response period previously granted to defendants for interrogatories and document production requests, standardizing response time at 30 days for all parties

Allows parties to serve and respond to discovery prior to filing an answer with court leave or written agreement, subject to Section 3229

Makes language gender neutral throughout the statutes, replacing "he" and "his" with "counsel," "the party," or "he or she" as appropriate; effective date November 1, 2016
