Amends Oklahoma law to prohibit performing or inducing an abortion unless the intention is to increase probability of live birth, preserve life or health of the child after live birth, remove an ectopic pregnancy, or remove a dead unborn child from spontaneous miscarriage, accidental trauma, or criminal assault

Maintains existing requirement that only physicians licensed in Oklahoma may perform abortions, with violations punishable as a felony carrying 1-3 years imprisonment

Requires abortions after the first trimester to be performed in a general hospital

Effective date: November 1, 2016
