Contracting entities may not sell, assign, or grant access to a participating dental provider's services to third parties unless expressly authorized in the health care contract

Contracting entities must identify in writing (name, address, phone number) any third party granted access to a provider's dental services, both upon entering a contract and upon provider request

Contracting entities must maintain a website or toll-free number where providers can identify which insurance carrier will reimburse them for covered services

Explanation of benefits or remittance advice must identify the contractual source of any applicable discount applied to provider payments

Third parties accessing provider networks must comply with the original provider contract terms, including payment rates and methodology, unless otherwise agreed by the provider
