Amends 25 O.S. 2011, Section 311 relating to public body meeting notices under the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.

Requires all public bodies subject to the act to post relevant supporting documents and associated materials relating to each agenda item on the public body's website.

Public bodies must make materials and information available and accessible to the public in an appropriate format if electronic versions are not available.

Applies to state, county, municipal, multicounty, regional, and higher education public bodies that are already required to provide meeting notices and agendas.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval as an emergency measure.
