• Removes the three-hour time limit for releasing bodies to funeral directors; instead requires release upon completion of investigation unless further investigation is needed or legally required.

• Establishes fee schedule ranges for Board services including cremation permits ($100-$200), forensic science services ($100-$3,000), autopsy reports ($20), and other forensic materials and reports, with fees only adjustable during regular legislative sessions.
