Caps gross income standards for eligibility determination at levels provided by 7 U.S.C. Section 2014(c)

Caps resource limit standards for eligibility determination at levels provided by 7 U.S.C. Section 2014(g)(1) and prohibits non-cash benefits from exempting households from resource limits under 7 U.S.C. Section 2014(j)

Becomes effective November 1, 2016
