Authorizes transfer-on-death motor vehicle title in Oklahoma by filing a written notice with the Tax Commission designating a transferee, transferring ownership upon the transferor's death.

Transfer-on-death notice requires the vehicle identification number, license plate number (if any), full names and addresses of both transferor and transferee, and the transferor's signature.

Applicable only to vehicles with no liens or other encumbrances; transferee consent or notification is not required during the transferor's lifetime.

Transferor may revoke or change the designated transferee at any time before death by filing an amended notice with the Tax Commission.

Designated transferee must execute an affidavit verifying the transferor's death and submit to the Tax Commission, which then issues a new title reflecting the transfer of ownership; effective November 1, 2016.
