Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall reimburse providers for quantitative drug testing when the drug value impacts clinical decision-making, establishes a baseline for narcotic prescribing, or when providers suspect non-prescribed drug use or treatment plan non-adherence.

Reimbursement limited to facilities accredited by the College of American Pathologists that have no direct or indirect financial relationship with any Oklahoma Medicaid provider prescribing narcotic drugs.

Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board directed to promulgate rules implementing the provisions of this act.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2016.
