Appropriates $27,579,620.00 from the Constitutional Reserve Fund to the Department of Corrections for performance of statutory duties.

Funds are not subject to fiscal year limitations and remain available for encumbrance and expenditure for 30 months from the date of approval.

Appropriation is exempt from fiscal years 2016 and 2017 agency category and budget limits.

Emergency declaration issued for preservation of public peace, health, and safety, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
