Appropriates $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry for fiscal year ending June 30, 2017.

Funds budgeted for FY-17 may be encumbered only through June 30, 2017, and must be expended by November 15, 2017, or they lapse to the proper fund.

Funds may alternatively be budgeted for FY-18 (fiscal year ending June 30, 2018) and must be expended by November 15, 2018, but cannot be budgeted in both fiscal years simultaneously.

Unexpended FY-17 funds may be re-budgeted for FY-18 only after the agency submits a budget work program revision for approval by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2016, and is declared an emergency measure.
