Appropriates $100,000 to the Oklahoma Supreme Court from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, to perform duties imposed on District Courts by law.

Funds budgeted for FY-17 may be encumbered only through June 30, 2017, and must be expended by November 15, 2017; any remaining funds lapse unless budgeted for FY-18.

Funds budgeted for FY-18 may be encumbered only through June 30, 2018, with any remaining funds lapsing after November 15, 2018.

Appropriations may not be budgeted in both fiscal years simultaneously; unused FY-17 funds may be rebudgeted for FY-18 only after agency submission and Office of Management and Enterprise Services approval of a budget work program revision.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2016, and an emergency is declared for immediate effect.
