Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 840-5.5 to modify unclassified service positions for the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry under state personnel management.

Expands unclassified positions for the Department of Agriculture to include additional Administrative positions, field inspector roles, marketing coordinators, forestry specialists, and temporary fire suppression personnel regardless of hours worked.

Allows temporary fire suppression personnel employed by the Department to work unlimited hours without receiving full-time employee benefits.

Effective date is July 1, 2016, with an emergency clause allowing immediate implementation upon passage and approval.
