Amends Oklahoma Statutes 74 O.S. 2011, Section 840-5.5 to expand the list of unclassified service positions

Adds Oklahoma Historical Society positions to unclassified service: Development Officer, Director of State Museum of History, Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center Director, Director of Museums and Historic Sites, Director of Research, Deputy State Historic Preservation Officer, and Director of Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture

Service substitute attendants at Oklahoma Historical Society sites and museums may work part-time or full-time relief for up to 4 weeks per year without counting toward agency full-time equivalent (FTE) employee limits

Modifies existing provisions for Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry temporary fire suppression personnel to specify they do not receive full-time employee benefits regardless of hours worked

Provides comprehensive list of 55 categories of positions and personnel across multiple state agencies exempt from classified service requirements
