Amends Oklahoma law governing the Uniform Retirement System for Justices and Judges to expand exceptions for benefit suspension when retired judges hold other positions

Retired justices and judges may now hold any elected or appointed office without suspension of retirement benefits, expanding beyond the previous exception limited to judicial offices covered by the System

Maintains existing exceptions allowing retired judges to work as faculty at Oklahoma State System of Higher Education institutions or as teachers in common schools and career/technology education without benefit suspension

Retirement benefits continue to be suspended only when a retired member is elected or appointed specifically to a judicial office covered by the System

Effective date: November 1, 2015
