Oklahoma State System of Higher Education institutions are prohibited from entering consultant service contracts with any person who retired from the system for 2 years after their retirement date

Increases the teaching limit for retired employees from 6 semester hours to 12 semester hours per academic year for part-time teaching or research positions during the 2-year post-retirement period

Retired employees in part-time teaching/research positions must comply with earnings limitations under Section 17-116.10 of the Oklahoma statutes

Removes legislative intent language, changing the prohibition from advisory ("It is the intent of the Legislature that no") to mandatory ("No")
