Limits liability of volunteers with current motor vehicle insurance to their policy's minimum limits when providing transportation for senior citizens to medical, dental, or health service appointments, pharmacies, or health care activities.

Exception applies only when volunteer acts in good faith and maintains required minimum motor vehicle insurance coverage.

Liability caps do not apply if the volunteer commits gross negligence or willful or wanton conduct while providing transportation.

Codifies new law as Section 33.1 of Title 76 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Effective date: November 1, 2015.
