Prohibits Oklahoma state and political subdivisions from requiring membership in any organization as a condition for issuing licenses, certificates, endorsements, or examinations in any profession, occupation, or trade.

Prevents membership requirements from being imposed as a condition to practice in any licensed profession, occupation, or trade.

Codifies the prohibition as Section 2000 of Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Effective date is July 1, 2015, with emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
