Amends Oklahoma bail bond forfeiture procedures (59 O.S. 2011, Section 1332) to allow bail bondsmen appointed by the same insurer to assist each other in apprehending defendants for surrender purposes

Creates an exception to the Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act, permitting bondsmen to seek help from other licensed bondsmen appointed by the same insurer rather than requiring use of a licensed bail enforcer

Maintains existing 90-day period for bondsmen to return defendants to custody after receiving forfeiture orders, with bond exoneration if defendant is returned within that timeframe
