Authorizes municipal police officers performing law enforcement services for counties to elect to continue participating in the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System starting July 1, 2015.

Requires the county employing such officers to make employer contributions of 13% of actual paid base salary to the System.

Requires officers to continue making employee contributions of a minimum 8% of actual paid base salary to the System.

Modifies the definition of "Officer" and "Participating municipality employer" to include county-employed officers and counties that employ participating officers.

Effective July 1, 2015, with an emergency clause allowing immediate implementation upon passage and approval.
