Oklahoma Department of Transportation placed under the Merit System of Personnel Administration, requiring all offices, positions, and personnel to be classified service subject to Merit System rules, effective July 1, 2015.

Supersedes and repeals any prior executive orders placing the agency under the Merit System.

Department may place 20 specific positions hired on or after July 1, 2015 in unclassified service: 5 executive assistant positions (assigned to assistant director), 5 project manager positions, 5 transportation coordinator positions, and 5 administration coordinator positions.

Emergency clause declared effective upon passage and approval.
