Extends Oklahoma's motor vehicle lemon law protections to certain recreational vehicles (RVs), specifically Class B, B+, and C motorhomes built on truck or van chassis not exceeding 30 feet in length

Excludes from coverage Class A RVs, fifth-wheel trailers, travel trailers, truck campers, folding/pop-up trailers, towable units, and professional or homemade vehicle conversions

Requires manufacturers to refund full purchase price (including taxes, license, and registration fees) or replace the RV if unable to repair warranty defects after 4 or more repair attempts or 30 cumulative business days out of service

Mandates that reacquired "lemon" RVs be retitled in the manufacturer's name and branded with "Lemon Law Buyback" notation by the Oklahoma Tax Commission before resale

Effective date of November 1, 2016
