Oklahoma Merit Protection Commission consolidated into the Office of Management and Enterprise Services effective July 1, 2016

Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services assumes all executive-level responsibilities and powers for the consolidated agency

All funds, functions, powers, duties, and obligations of the Merit Protection Commission transfer to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services

Executive Director of the Merit Protection Commission appointed by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services rather than by the Commission itself

All existing rules, regulations, orders, and decisions of the consolidated agencies remain in effect until modified or abrogated
