Oklahoma Department of Public Safety may allow driver license renewals or replacements by mail or online, with the requirement that the immediately preceding transaction was done in person

Active duty military members, civilian contractors with the Armed Forces, and their spouses or dependents living outside Oklahoma with a valid Class D license may apply for up to three consecutive renewals or replacements by mail or online; the fourth must be done in person

Driving without a valid license is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $50-$300 plus costs, up to 30 days imprisonment, or both; charges may be dismissed if the driver produces a renewal or replacement license before the court date

Driving with a suspended, revoked, or canceled license carries fines ranging from $100-$500 for first offense up to $300-$1,000 for third and subsequent offenses, plus possible imprisonment up to one year
