Directs the Oklahoma Attorney General to defend state interests against the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education regarding their May 13, 2016 letter on transgender student protections.

Requests Oklahoma's U.S. House members to file articles of impeachment against the President, Attorney General, Secretary of Education, and other federal officials for exceeding constitutional authority over public education and restroom facility use.

Condemns the federal departments' actions as contrary to Oklahoma values and public safety interests, while acknowledging support for safe and nondiscriminatory environments for all students.

Requires distribution of the resolution to the Civil Rights Division, U.S. Attorney General, Secretary of Education, the President, and all members of the Oklahoma congressional delegation.
