Proposes amending the Oklahoma Constitution to change the Commissioner of Labor from an elected position to one appointed by the Governor with Senate consent

The Commissioner of Labor would serve at the pleasure of the Governor rather than a fixed term

Includes a grandfather clause allowing the person serving as Commissioner at the time of the amendment's passage to complete their elected or appointed term

Removes the Commissioner of Labor from the list of executive officers with four-year terms beginning the second Monday of January after election

Requires the Secretary of State to refer the proposed constitutional amendment to voters for approval or rejection
