Directs the Secretary of State to refer to Oklahoma voters a constitutional amendment to repeal Section 5 of Article II of the Oklahoma Constitution.

Section 5 currently prohibits the use of public monies or property for sectarian or religious purposes.

Passed the Oklahoma Senate on March 7, 2016, and the House of Representatives on April 21, 2016.

Requires the Senate President Pro Tempore to file copies of the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage.

Ballot measure will ask voters: "SHALL THE PROPOSAL BE APPROVED?" with options to vote "FOR THE PROPOSAL — YES" or "AGAINST THE PROPOSAL — NO".
