Secretary of State shall refer to voters for approval or rejection the repeal of Section 5 of Article II of the Oklahoma Constitution, which prohibits use of public monies or property for sectarian or religious purposes.

Ballot title states the measure "repeals Section 5 of Article 2 of the Oklahoma Constitution" and explains this section prohibits using public monies or property for sectarian or religious purposes.

Voters will be presented with "FOR THE PROPOSAL — YES" and "AGAINST THE PROPOSAL — NO" options on the ballot.

President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall immediately prepare and file one copy of the resolution and ballot title with the Secretary of State and one copy with the Attorney General.
