Congratulates Miss Adrienne Blakey of Stillwater for being named the 2016 Distinguished Young Woman of Oklahoma, selected on July 25, 2015, from seven competing high school seniors.

Recognizes Blakey's planned community service and statewide speaking engagements promoting her "Be Your Best Self" message emphasizing self-confidence, commitment, and five core values: Be Involved, Be Studious, Be Healthy, Be Ambitious, and Be Responsible.

Wishes Blakey success representing Oklahoma at the 59th annual Distinguished Young Women of America Program to be held June 23-25, 2016, in Mobile, Alabama, where she will compete for a share of $75,000 in college scholarships.

Directs distribution of a copy of the resolution to Miss Adrienne Blakey.
